Volunteers Needed - SIGN UP TODAY!
Once again Hillcrest Church is honored to serve Anderson Band Camp! We provide fresh fruit for the band students as they practice outside. We also open our gym for them to enjoy lunch and snacks in the air conditioning. Volunteers are needed to make this the best year yet! Youth are encouraged to volunteer too. SIGN UP HERE
Snack Volunteers:
9:45-10:45am Mon, Wed, and Fri
2 volunteers per shift
Serve the fruit at the band's morning break.
May be needed to prepare fruit for the next break.
Denise Hall will email details regarding meeting and food prep locations.
Lunch Time Volunteers:
11:15am-1:00pm Mon-Fri
4 - 5 volunteers per shift
Run the Snack corner selling assorted snacks and drinks
Fill up the student's water bottles with water and ice before they leave
Supervise the students in the MPC

Volunteer Background Checks:
Lunch Time volunteers will be required to have a current background check on file. You will be contacted by Karen Raulie to complete this process if one is needed. Please email Karen Raulie if you have any questions regarding this process.
