Please join us at our annual Churchwide Potluck Thanksgiving luncheon!
As a special treat, our own Pennybacker Pickers will perform!

Volunteers Needed for set-up and clean-up:

• 5 volunteers needed to help with preparation on Sunday morning.

• 8 volunteers needed to help with clean-up: putting up the tables and chairs, emptying trash cans and sweeping the MPC floor (MPC needs to be ready for the Hillcrest Children’s Academy on Monday morning).

Potluck Tips:

BRING ENOUGH FOOD FOR 15-17 PEOPLE

• If you prepare your food in a 9 x 13 casserole dish, you put it in an insulated carrier or transfer it into a crock pot.

DROP OFF YOUR FOOD TO THE MPC KITCHEN

• Before the 10:00am service, or

• Between Service and Sunday School/ Common Ground, but

• No later than 11:00 am.

MICROWAVE AND OVENS WILL NOT BE AVAILABEL FOR WARMING

• Bring HOT food in a crock pot or insulated carrier.

• Have the crock-pot warming BEFORE you leave home.

• Tell us if your crock pot needs to be plugged in when you arrive.

NOTES ABOUT PERSONAL ITEMS

• Label all personal items (crock pot/lids/dishes/utensils/insulated carrier).

• Pick up all your dishes/items will NOT be washed after the potluck.

We want to take this opportunity to say thank you for volunteering to bring food for the Thanksgiving luncheon. We know everyone will enjoy the food, fellowship, and entertainment.
